Knight Frank wins Scots heritage management contract
Scottish Natural Heritage has appointed Knight Frank on a three year contract to manage planned maintenance to its 200 properties.
The body is also in discussions with the Forestry Commission for Scotland to consider sharing resources and maintenance on buildings in certain regions. This work will be brought into the scope of the contract as well.
The condition of the properties – which ranges from corporate offices and visitor centres to deer larders and bird hides – will be assessed before competitive tenders are arranged for the maintenance.
