Ealing awards £15m outsourcing contract

Ealing Borough Council is to jointly outsource its property services to EC Harris and Cushman & Wakefield under a five-year contract.

The £3m-a-year agreement, which was confirmed last week, is due to close on Monday.

Cushman & Wakefield will be responsible for estates management and valuations, while EC Harris will be charged with building consultancy services.

The new contract will begin from 1 July 2010.
