ACES conference: “Spend to save” will be met with cynicism (video)
Investing money in new fit-for-purpose properties in order to dispose of surplus public property will be met with cynicism by politicians and local people, Bob Perry has said.
The president of the Association of Chief Estates surveyors told Public Property UK that the “Invest to Save” mantra would fail to be widely understood by local authorities.
