Staffordshire Police offices up for sale
Staffordshire Police has put the freehold interest of 5,573 sq ft of commercial office space at Crossfields, 35 Cannock Road in Baswich, near Stafford, up for sale.
The 1881 Victorian building formerly accommodated Staffordshire Police until their move to the new Force Headquarters in Stafford. It is located on a 1.68 acre site five miles south east of Stafford town centre.
Jonathan Fear, director of office agency in Jones Lang LaSalle’s Birmingham office, is advising on the sale. He said: “The building presents an ideal opportunity for refurbishment or redevelopment for a wide range of property uses, subject to planning.”
