Liverpool City Council has appointed Drivers Jonas as part of a panel to carry out a development study for the Stonebridge Cross area in Croxteth, Liverpool.
The site, totalling 62 acres, is one of the most significant council-owned sites in the city.
The council has appointed Drivers Jonas, Planit-ie, Waterman Boreham and DK Architects to work on the development study.
The site is opposite Stonebridge Park, which is now a park-style business location developed by St Modwen and Liverpool Vision.

University Hospital of North Staffordshire NHS Trust has appointed property consultants Drivers Jonas and Davis Langdon to oversee refurbishment work worth £42m.
The Trust is modernising its buildings in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, in a programme called Fit For The Future. It aims to complete 20 projects on its estate by the end of 2013, including a Private Finance Initiative project and a new maternity and oncology building at Stoke’s City General Hospital.
