British Waterways hires regen director Dunlop
British Waterways has appointed Steve Dunlop as regeneration director.
Dunlop will be responsible for overseeing canal-led regeneration projects across the UK, managing a team of around 50 people in the regeneration directorate.
The directorate works with UK regeneration agencies and partners in a bid to encourage long-term development around waterways.
Robin Evans, chief executive of British Waterways, said “Steve’s background as Scotland director, overseeing major projects and working with a wide range of partners, makes him the natural choice for the position.”
